由于這堂課本身的教學內容就是緊密聯系學生的學習和生活實際的`，并且比較富有樂趣，我結合GuessingGame等環節，激發起學生的學習興趣，讓學生在無形中既增長了見識，又學會了英語知識。
3、激發學生學習興趣

二、反思學生
1、課堂紀律
課堂紀律很好，個別學生回答聲音小，有些孩子做小動作、注意力不集中。
2、舉手發言
學生的總體表現還算不錯，舉手回答問題的孩子很少，老覺得只有那么幾個學生在回答問題。希望以后有更多孩子的手舉起來，展現自己。
三、自我反思
下面說說我對這節課的反思吧。首先我想說我這一節課不是一節完美的課，我的教學環節不像其他老師那么成熟，我對這節課很不滿意，我本來設計的，想象的要比這好，在上課之前我準備好給孩子的小貼畫，上課卻忘記發給孩子，還有就是在導入新課后講單詞的時候我應該利用多種方法來聯系這些單詞，我只是一直自己領讀，忽略了孩子，這是我這一節課的失誤最重要的一點，也是這節課最關鍵的地方。再有一點就是我有點緊張，我的情緒直接影響孩子們的情緒，一節課前半節課有點快，我感覺孩子學的不是太好，我以后會把每一節課都當做一節公開課來要求自己。
我以后應該注意的地方有以下幾點：
1、以后上課要有激情，用情去感染學生，讓學生積極地參與課堂，參與學習。
2、以后上課，重難點要突出來練習，給學生自主學習的時間。
3、在講單詞是給予糾正學生錯誤的發音。
4、以后再上課時要給予學生口頭鼓勵和精神鼓勵、物質鼓勵。
5、以后上課盡量用全英授課。
在今后的教學中，我會注意自己這節展示課中的不足盡量去完善，提高自己各方面的素養！

一、引導學生，激發英語閱讀樂趣
1．從課本入手，開展整體教學。閱讀能力依賴于綜合訓練。聽說讀寫扎實，學生語言結構意識強，基本詞匯掌握牢固是閱讀能力提高的先決條件，為此有效地提高課本材料的閱讀是重中之重。教師要充分利用現有的材料對學生進行聽、說、讀、寫的訓練，特別是讓學生進行有目的的閱讀實踐，使其掌握基本的技能和技巧，提高他們的閱讀能力。同時，教師應該改變傳統的對課文逐句翻譯——深入講解——全面練習語言點的做法，把整體閱讀教學的理論運用到課堂教學中。
課文的整體閱讀教學是把課文當作一個整體讓學生感知，要求先把學生的注意力引導到整體內容上，啟發學生學習興趣，創造傳授知識和語言技能訓練的語言環境，吸引學生進入交際角色，使課文教學作為教師、學生互相作用的積極過程。在學生對課文進行整體感知的基礎上，運用各種方法加強學生對課文內容、基礎知識、基本語法、聽說讀寫綜合訓練，從根本上提高學生的閱讀能力以及綜合語言運用能力。下面是有關閱讀教學的.幾個步驟：

如何將素質教育理論引入外語教學是當前外語教學戰線的一大課題。
英語學習成功的因素中，除了智力因素外，更重要的是那些非智力因素的作用。
教學反思二、初中英語教師應有文化意識
在中學英語的教學中，因為課文的簡單易懂，所含的信息量少的緣故，很多中學英語教師忽視了文化對語言的影響，而導致了一些語言情景的不真實，和虛假的語言的產生。
跨文化交際意識的培養，是英語教學的一個重要組成部分。
詞匯是文化信息的主要濃縮。
對英語詞匯的準確理解，和對語言環境的認識和創設和把握，需要對文化的比較深刻的理解。
外族文化知識的獲得，主要是透過對該族文化歷史的研究和學習，透過對該族語言文學作品的研讀，透過對該族文化生活習慣、生活方式的了解。

教學反思三、初中英語教師應有發展意識
一向以來，人們中學英語教師的語言知識潛力要求不高，認為中學英語簡單，不需要太好的語言功底，只要有良好的教學技能就能夠了。
其實時代在提高，社會在發展，同樣英語作為人們最廣泛的交際用語之一，更是隨著高科技的迅猛發展而日新月異地變化著。
如果我們的英語教師故步自封，不求進取，那么不但自我的語言知識很快陳舊落伍，誤人子弟，并且會被時代所淘汰。
現代英語的變化，個性是口語方面的變化可從以下幾個方面體現出來：
1、隨著人們生活節奏的不斷加快，更因為國際互聯網的構成，人們之間的交際變得越來越簡捷。
說話簡單快捷，是現代人生活的一大特征。
現代英語在這方面的變化表現為“一字多用”。
2、隨著現代科學技術的迅猛發展，現代英語詞匯急劇增加，并且我們發現，現代英語詞匯有相當一部分是取得新義的舊詞，
如，“input”(輸入電子計算機的數據)，“store”(電子計算機的儲存器)，“drive”(計算機驅動器)等。
3、英國英語和美國英語之間的距離越來越小。

教學反思四、初中英語應用潛力需要相應的.詞匯
“不學習語言規則、不掌握相當數量的詞匯，英語應用潛力就是空中樓閣”。
目前在中學的低年級的英語教學中，不要求學生掌握詞匯，而只要求學生能根據提示或圖片說出該單詞，其本質無非是要學生們死記硬背，鸚鵡學舌。
由于學生們沒有相應的讀音規則訓練，不熟悉詞匯的拼寫規則，單詞的音、形、意三者不能有效的結合在一齊，因而導致了單詞記憶的困難，并成了中學生學英語的瓶頸。
教學反思五、靠持續不斷的語言知識，而不是“玩”來培養學生持久的興趣
初中英語教學是要重視培養興趣，但單靠唱歌游戲不能培養學生持久的興趣。
新鮮勁兒一過，孩子們就會厭倦。
所以，唱歌游戲就應作為初中學生學習英語語言知識、技能的一些手段，而不是培養興趣的手段。
我們能夠采用多種手段幫忙學生在記憶力強的時期多記單詞，多學習語言規則，并盡可能多創造模仿的機會，提高學生的語音和語調。
在英語學習中，聽、說、讀、寫、譯五種潛力是能夠互補的。
真正做到聽說先行，讀寫跟上。
光聽說不讀寫，很難收到高效。
只靠模仿不培養學習潛力，也難減輕學習負擔。
所以初中學生還是應當認真進行語言學習。
英語教師的教學重點是放在教學資料，教學大綱和考試形式上呢，還是將教學注重點轉移到學生的性格、興趣、情緒等方面的培養和控制這是，現代教育思想轉變的重大原則問題。
事實證明，認為自我“民主、開放、平靜、友好、體貼、樂于助人、聰明、富于邏輯性和歡樂”的人，一般來說，其學習英語成功的可能性要大于與上述性格相反或相差極大的學習者。
另外，在外語學習過程中，由于外界因素的影響，學習者會出現焦慮沮喪煩躁不安等狀況，英語教師作為教學活動的組織者，應注意對外語學習者情感因素的培養和控制。
尤其是在中學的低年級階段，英語教師要培養對學生的親近感。
在課堂教學中英語教師要十分尊重學生，注意激勵學生，關注學生學習過程。
